Shoot Dates: October 21-25, 2024
We do not know which date(s) you will shoot. For now, you need to have flexibility during these days until they confirm your shoot date(s) at the end of September.
Rate: $250 -20% per person in the family.
Time: 3.5 hour session. If you go over this time, they will pro-rate the next session so you will be paid accordingly.

Casting Application Form

Upload Your Photos
You will be asked to upload at least two photos per person. Babies, toddler, moms and dads all need to upload at least two photos: a straight on headshot and a straight on full body shot. You are welcome to upload up to 12 photos total of your family.
Apply for More Than One Role
If you would like to apply for more than one role, you will need to fill out a second form and select the new role. You will have to upload photos, fill out sizes and contact info for each "role application" you want. In other words, if you want to be submitted for three roles, you will need to fill out three completed forms. Incomplete forms will not be considered. You will see a drop down menu on the form where you will select your role(s).
Families/Parents & Kids ONLY (no individual talent will be booked)
Remember that each role and family role must be from one family. For example, we are not placing women with children who are not related. Client is requesting all roles be filled by family members.
What's Next?
Waiting is what's next. Once you upload your completed casting forms, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know it was received. If there are any issues with your form, we will contact you. In the meantime, we will not know who books the roles for two - three weeks. Casting closes soon so please fill out the form and upload your photos asap. Once the client finds the people they want, we will let everyone know. Expect a two - three week wait while the client views all photos and makes final selections.
Potential In Person Meeting or Zoom
If the client has interest in booking your family, expect to have to meet at the Halo Agency prior to the shoot. If you are selected and have not worked with Halo before, you will need to attend a mandatory meeting. More details on that later.
